RubyCats launches ‘Flowing with Felines’ yoga series

RubyCats, Toledo’s first cat café, is bringing a new level of zen to Downtown Toledo with the launch of Flowing with Felines – Yoga at RubyCats. The first class in this unique series will take place on Tuesday, April 8 at 7 p.m., inside the cozy and cat-filled space at 618 Adams Street.
Led by local yoga instructor Courtney Wolfe from Transient Yoga, this fun, all-levels class invites participants ages 10 and up to stretch, breathe, and flow in the company of adoptable cats. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of cat cuddle time, giving guests the chance to unwind and maybe even fall in love with a new furry friend.
“We’re excited to offer something truly different for our community,” said Tallie Carter, Founding Executive Director at RubyCats. “This is a great way for people to connect with cats in a calming, joyful environment — and maybe even find their perfect match.”
Class size is limited to just 10 participants to ensure a peaceful and intimate experience. Tickets are $25 per person, with a 10% discount available for RubyCats Club members. Advance registration is required.
About RubyCats
RubyCats, which opened in January 2025, is a nonprofit cat café and rescue focused on helping adoptable cats find loving homes while offering a welcoming space for guests to relax, sip coffee, and connect with animals. The nonprofit, volunteer-run organization was founded in 2022 on a mission to help cats in need by creating an environment where all cat lovers can meet up to look for their next family pet, hang out with furry feline friends, or contribute to animal safety.
What is a cat café?
A cat café is a beautiful indoor place where cat lovers can come watch and interact with cats and kittens. Many of the cats are adoptable, but you do not have to intend to adopt to visit. Timed tickets are required to visit.
