About the event
This session will restore energy and balance in your body and mind, while curious cats roam and play freely, further enhancing the playfulness of your experience!
Limited to 10 people, the session will last approximately 45 minutes, leaving you the last 15 minutes or so to visit with the felines and possibly meet your new furrever friend! Ages 10+.
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat of your own or message transientyoga@gmail.com for any special accommodations.
About Transient Yoga
Transient Yoga, founded by local yoga instructor Courtney Wolfe, is a local mobile studio that specializes in bringing yoga to our community in unique locations, from farms to breweries, athletic teams, corporate atmospheres, country clubs and everywhere in between!
All Transient Yoga instructors are skilled in helping students, regardless of familiarity with yoga, feel welcomed, supported, and challenged while embracing the celebration that is life! All classes offer variations that support students wherever they are in their yoga practice!
