$200 • 1-hour Private Cat Café Session

​Age Guidelines & Supervision
Safety and comfort for our cats and your guests is always our priority. Children Ages 6+ are welcome with a parent or guardian present. We can make exceptions for siblings aged 5 if the child is turning 6 and their friend group includes younger guests.
Adult-to-child ratios:

Ages under 10: 1 adult per 2 children

Ages 10-13: 1 adult per 3 children

Teens 14-17: May attend without an adult if a parent/guardian signs the waiver
All parents/guardians must review our guidelines and complete a waiver before arrival.
Booking Windows & Requirements
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially for weekends! For weekend parties, we require a final headcount by Wednesday night.
Weekend Evenings​
We can host private events on weekends up to 8 p.m.
Adult gatherings may also be held during our Saturday break time (1-3 p.m.).
Want the whole café for your group?
For premium private parties, you can buy out a full timeslot (up to 15 guests total) during our regular operating hours. Perfect for larger gatherings or when you want RubyCats entirely to yourselves.
